BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS of Ren Tours, treks & Expeditions

(Please read carefully)

All booking for the tour/treks are made with Ren Tours, treks & Expeditions, herein after referred to as 'The Company' and are subject to the following conditions:

1) The person signing the booking form accepts these conditions and is hereafter referred to as 'The Clients'.

2) Booking: On booking, a non refundable deposit of 10% per person of the cost of the tour (expect when indicated) is required, which is to be sent with the completed and the signed booking form. Acceptance of the clients booking will be confirmed in writing. The balance payment is to be paid 08 weeks before the scheduled departure date. Any booking made 08 weeks or less before the departure date should be accompanied by the full amount due.

3) Cancellation: All the cancellation must be in writing, signed by the person who signed the booking form. If the clients cancel his/her booking before the final payment is due, the deposit is lost. If the client cancels his/her booking after the full payment has been made and 04 weeks before the tour departure 75% of the tour cost will refunded: cancellation 02 weeks before the departure date, 50% will be refunded and 25% will be refunded if the tour is cancelled 01 week before the departure date. However NO REFUND will be made if the tour is cancelled less than 01 week before the departure date of the tour.
It is strongly advised that client take out insurance to cover cancellation charges.

4) The Company Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour/trek due to war or threat of war, civil, strife, industrial action, political unrest or any other force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstance. The company reserves the right to use alternate transport and or vary the itinerary if breakdown, sickness or any other force majeure makes such changes necessary.

5) Travel Insurance: This is mandatory for all clients traveling on any tour/trek or independent itinerary arranged by us.

You are responsible for obtaining adequate cover for baggage loss, medical expenses, injury and death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment including Helicopter evacuation.

6) Passport, Visa and Vaccination: All clients must possess a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas, permits and vaccination certificates required for their specific travel arrangement

7) The Company reserves the right to alter details of the services, facilities, tour/trek and vehicle described in the itinerary at anytime, when deemed necessary, reasonable and advisable.

8) No Refund will be made for any unused services included in the tour/trek cost. No refund will be payable to any clients who leaves a tour/trek enroute.

9) Clients agree to accept the authority and the decision of the tour/trek leader or escort appointed by the company whilst on tour with the company. If in the opinion of the tour/trek leader, any clients behaviors is detrimental to the safety, welfare or the harmonies state of the group as a whole, the client may be asked to leave without the right of refund.

10) Providing we have exercised due diligence, we are unable to accept liability for death, injury or damage caused by those involved in your holiday over whom we have on direct control and are not directly employed by us. The use of the aircraft, cars or any other service provided in the holiday must be subject to the applicable local or international law agreement and to the terms and conditions of their owners or operators which may exclude or limit liability.

11) These booking conditions can only be waived by the proprietor of the company.

12) The contract between and any matters arising from it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Law Courts in Delhi
